As a member of the reception team, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to create a welcoming and positive experience for everyone who visits. Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service are essential.

An enhanced DBS check is required, which we will arrange. You’ll also receive full in-house training, including safeguarding training, to ensure you feel confident and supported in your role.

To join our team, you’ll need to hold a relevant Mountain Training qualification — either the Climbing Wall Instructor (CWI) or Rock Climbing Instructor (RCI) — as well as a valid first aid certificate. An enhanced DBS check is also required, which we can arrange for you at cost.

Before you begin instructing, you’ll take part in our in-house training, including safeguarding training, to ensure you feel confident and supported in your role.
